AMC

Annual maintenance contract (AMC) Takes care of preventive maintenance and parts replacement On payment of annual fee. It is the most reliable and convenience service for Luminous products

The amc ensures longevity of aggregates, trouble free operations and higher resale value. Maximum uptime and quick service ensures higher returns and optimum usage. Emfore will undertake to service and maintain the equipment and batteries during the contract period (except battery replacement).


  • Emfore will provide preventive maintenance once four months during the contract period
  • Emfore assures a resolution time within 24 hours
  • Emfore will provide the standby provision if found necessary
  • If emfore is not able to service other make systems (due to the lack of spares or series circuit problem m we will upgrade the system to emfore model
